 What You’ll Do:

This is a hands-on, active role where no two days are the same.

·       Load and unload tires in the warehouse

·       Deliver products to customers on local routes

·       Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately

·       Perform basic vehicle checks & keep equipment clean

·       Provide excellent customer service on every delivery

·       Assist with inventory and warehouse organization

 What You Bring:

·       At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant work experience

·       Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history

·       Must meet all applicable federal and state requirements for vehicle operation, including any DOT minimum age requirement where applicable

·       Team player with a strong work ethic

 What the Job Is Like:

Be ready to stay active throughout your shift:

·       Lift and move tires (up to 50 lbs. frequently)

·       Stand, bend, and move throughout your shift

·       Operate equipment including order pickers and forklifts (OSHA certification training provided)

·       Work in a warehouse and outdoors in different weather conditions

·       Flexible scheduling including some Saturdays

• Ability to safely operate equipment and vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations

·       Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 35 ft on order pickers

·       Commitment to following all safety rules and company policies

·       Maintain valid driver’s license and all required certifications throughout employment

·       Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height, to meet physical compatibility with equipment and safety restraints. (These limitations are based on equipment specifications and the need to ensure safe operation; any reasonable accommodations will be reviewed in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other relevant laws).
