Salary Range: $28,000-$38,000 Depending on Experience

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing inventory, order fulfillment, inventory management, equipment handling, supplier coordinating, supporting field technicians, and maintaining the warehouse/yard. The Experience We’d Love To See:
Prior experience in stocking, organizing, and managing inventory in a warehouse setting
Familiarity with plumbing parts, fittings, and tools to assist technicians effectively
Experience pulling, packing, and preparing plumbing supplies for delivery or technician use
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely
Experience tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate records
Background in working with vendors to place orders and verify deliveries
Experience working alongside plumbers, warehouse staff, and suppliers to streamline operations
Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices to ensure a secure safe work environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
REQUIRED: Valid Driver’s License and good driving record (5 years)
REQUIRED: 3+ years of warehouse experience.
REQUIRED: Ability to stoop, lay, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch, twist, and crawl for periods of time
REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent
Computer and Internet related skills (MS Office, Excel, Gmail, etc.)
Able to work in a warehouse environment requiring physical labor throughout the day.
Must be a self-starter with good communication skills.
Must be efficient with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work without supervision once trained, self-disciplined.
Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently and problem solve.
