Warehouse Associate Opportunity – Richmond, VA

Location: Richmond, VA
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule: 7:50 AM – 4:30 PM (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklifts to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
• Transport materials and products to designated locations within the warehouse
• Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies during receiving and shipping processes
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment
• Perform inventory checks and assist with stock management
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or distribution setting
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and perform physical tasks as needed
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• A valid forklift certification is preferred but not required (company may assist with certification for the right candidate)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
