Warehouse Associate

Volo's Auto Supply is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support our warehouse and store distribution operations. This hands-on role is responsible for receiving and organizing products, preparing store shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly. From time to time, this team member may also deliver customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive incoming products and verify shipments for accuracy and condition.

· Sort and divide products according to its destination store.

· Pack, label, wrap, and prepare pallets for delivery.

· Safely load and unload pallets, cartons, and other merchandise.

· Stock warehouse shelves and maintain organized product locations.

· Support inventory management by completing counts, reporting discrepancies, rotating stock, and maintaining accurate records.

· Maintain warehouse areas, shelving, equipment, and workspaces in safe working conditions.

· Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, removing trash, and keeping aisles clear.

· Follow all safety procedures and use proper lifting and material-handling practices.

· Assist with customer-order deliveries as needed, providing courteous and professional service.

· Complete other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to shipment and inventory accuracy.

· Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Previous warehouse, stocking, shipping and receiving, inventory, or delivery experience is preferred but not required.

· Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

· Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required for delivery responsibilities.

· Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after training.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and work on your feet throughout the shift.

· Ability to safely lift and move products and packages associated with warehouse and delivery work.

· Ability to work in changing warehouse temperatures and conditions.

Schedule and Work Environment

Work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment and may include local driving to customers or store locations. Schedule, hours, and employment status will be discussed during the interview process.
