JA Frate is a well-established transportation and logistics company serving the Chicagoland area through LTL, FTL, warehousing, distribution, and freight brokerage services. We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate, PM Shift who takes pride in being part of a team that keeps local freight moving.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM start time.

What You’ll Do

· Load and unload freight safely and efficiently

· Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment

· Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition

· Move inventory to proper warehouse locations

· Assist with inventory counts and stock checks

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

· Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies

· Work closely with supervisors and team members to support daily warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, dock, or distribution experience preferred
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods
• Basic math and reading skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
