Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Primary Duties:

• Banding - Working with wooden or metal crates getting product ready to be shipped.

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm (Some mandatory overtime until 5pm)

Qualifications Required:

• Without assistance, must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull objects weighing 35-45 pounds on average and up to 70 pounds on a frequent/daily basis


• Able to use hand tools 


• Must be able to work in temperatures similar to outdoors within the facility


• Excellent attendance record.


• Proficient in the English language (verbal and written).


• Good customer relations and communication skills (verbal and written).


• Able to work both independently and as a team member.


• Completes other duties as necessary.

Qualifications Desired:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• 1-2 years prior warehouse general labor experience.


• Working knowledge of departmental safety, quality and operational procedures.


• Basic personal computer skills.

Essential Functions:

• Packaging - Assemble wood crates and metal racks.


• Disassemble wood and corrugated boxes and dispose of them.


• Stock variety of packaging materials for production use.


• Uncrating – Inspect & open wood and corrugates crates to be hung on shelves.


• Look up part information in SAP on desktop computer.


• Redist: Repack damaged crates.


• Redist: Quality and inventory management.


• Banding - Working with wooden or metal crates getting product ready to be shipped

Hourly Pay: $17.00
