Warehouse Clerk – Shipping/Receiving & Machine Operations

Brea, CA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You'll Do

This role supports both Shipping & Receiving and Machine Operations, depending on operational needs.

Machine Operation Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently


• Use measuring devices to ensure product accuracy


• Read and complete work orders


• Calculate material usage


• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment

Shipping & Receiving Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments


• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately


• Check shipments against packing slips and work orders


• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks


• Transfer materials to proper warehouse locations


• Ship orders using customer-preferred carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight)

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines


• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly


• Basic math skills (including fractions/decimals)


• Basic computer skills


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
