OWL Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Manchester, NH.
OWL Services is a premier sales, installation, program management, and service provider supporting retail, commercial, fleet, aviation, marine, and emergency power generation companies across the U.S. With 33 offices and distribution centers and more than 1,400 field service professionals, we provide construction, compliance and testing, maintenance and repair, modernization and re-imaging, and EV charging solutions nationwide.
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing parts and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records. This position is ideal for someone with strong inventory management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities
Oversee the organization and maintenance of warehouse inventory.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts and supplies as needed.
Collaborate with departments to identify parts and supply requirements.
Receive incoming shipments and verify order accuracy.
Inspect parts and materials for quality and condition upon request.
Implement and maintain effective storage and labeling systems for efficient inventory retrieval.
Coordinate shipping, delivery, and warehouse logistics.
Maintain accurate parts tracking and inventory documentation.
Work with management to identify cost-saving opportunities within parts and warehouse operations.
Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.
Requirements
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Parts and Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar inventory management role.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and parts coordination.
Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when tracking parts and maintaining documentation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items.
