NuAire, Inc. is currently seeking a Warehouse Crew Leader to perform any combination of tasks to assemble standard products using tools to drill, fit, and fasten with minimal tolerances. In addition, assemble wired components and assemble electrical connections.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.

The salary ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Starting wage will be dependent on experience level.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education / Experience

1. High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.


2. Three years of experience (experience with NuAire’s products preferred)

Specific Job Knowledge

1. Able to pack of standard products.


2. Able to add options to products.


3. Able to inspect standard products.


4. Forklift or Big Joe license preferred.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

1. Package all standard products with the use of work instructions.


2. Read and interpret all standard label drawings.


3. Read work order and select proper options.


4. Give direction to team.


5. Select and applies correct product labels.


6. Train others in department.


7. Other duties as assigned by his supervisor and/or packing lead.

Equipment Used

1. Hand tools


2. Hand power tools


3. Pallet trucks


4. Stud gun

Responsibility

1. Work with a minimal amount of supervision.


2. Record time on job assignments.


3. Complete job assignments on time.


4. Follow all safety rules; including using all recommended personal protection equipment.


5. Perform in-process and finished product inspection.


6. Instruct packaging procedures.


7. Assign and communicate work direction from supervisor.


8. Regular attendance and punctuality.
