Warehouse Forklift Operator

In this role, you won't just sit on a machine all day—you will actively dive into all aspects of warehouse operations to keep our facility clean, organized, and running efficiently. Responsibilities Include:

• Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a sit-down forklift to move materials, including preservatives and industrial goods, throughout the facility.
• All-Hands Labor: Function as an adaptable material handler, pivoting from machinery to manual labor seamlessly—loading, unloading, sorting, and staging inventory as needed to support a small team.
• Facility Organization: Actively participate in keeping the warehouse impeccably clean, highly organized, and safe for daily operations.
• Production Support: Fill in wherever needed across the floor to ensure the fast-paced daily schedule of our industrial manufacturing processes is met.
• Compliance Protocol: Maintain strict adherence to internal safety standards, inventory tracking systems, and federal labor/operational guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Machinery Expertise: Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift as a skilled forklift operator.
• Versatile Experience: Prior success working as a material handler within a high-output manufacturing environment.
• Language: Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) for safety coordination and team communication.
• Legal Compliance: Must meet ITAR requirements (Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical labor, stand for long periods, and lift heavy materials in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

• Forklift Certification: A valid forklift operating certification is required for every forklift operator. This ensures standard OSHA compliance, guarantees safe handling practices around a small team, and mitigates operational risk in our weekly audited facility.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role. The biggest hurdle for some is realizing this is not a sit-down-only forklift job. You will be on and off the lift all day, moving between heavy manual labor and machinery operation to keep our facility spotless and organized. You must be adaptable, resilient, and eager to help out wherever the team needs you most.
