As a Quality Inspection Associate in our Columbus-area Fulfillment Center, you’ll play a vital role in helping families save time, money, and the planet—one item at a time.

What You Will Do:

• As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll help get customer orders out the door accurately and on time. This is a traditional warehouse fulfillment role focused on picking, packing, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining an organized workflow.
• Picking customer orders, packing products safely, verifying order accuracy, labeling/preparing shipments, moving inventory, maintaining work areas, and hitting productivity expectations.
• People who succeed in this role enjoy staying active, working at a steady pace, following clear processes, and seeing measurable progress throughout their shift.

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday - Thursday; 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Full-Time applicants only

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Strong attention to order accuracy and detail

Ability to follow standardized picking, packing, and shipping processes

Ability to consistently meet productivity expectations

Comfortable using handheld scanners, tablets, and basic warehouse software

Ability to stay organized while handling multiple customer orders

Dependable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift

Ability to stand and move throughout the workday and regularly lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
