Warehouse Handler

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading logistics
and warehousing organization in South San Francisco, CA to hire a dependable
and dedicated Warehouse Handler who enjoys hands -on work, takes pride in
organization and accuracy, and wants to be part of a fast -paced, team -driven
environment.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring inventory is
received, stored, and shipped accurately, helping keep operations running
smoothly and efficiently

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify
  incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents
  
• Safely load, unload, and move
  materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  
• Handle materials safely and
  efficiently while following safety procedures
  
• Organize and store inventory to
  maximize space and accessibility
  
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for
  shipment in accordance with shipping standards
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records
  and assist with cycle counts
  
• Keep the warehouse clean,
  organized, and safe
  
• Conduct inventory counts and report
  any inventory discrepancies or issues to management
  
• Collaborate with team members to
  meet daily operational goals and resolve issues promptly
  
• Support timely deliveries, customer
  satisfaction, and overall business success
  

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs
  safely
  
• Experience operating warehouse
  equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, etc.(certification preferred but
  not mandatory)
  
• Strong attention to detail and
  ability to follow instructions
  
• Basic understanding of warehouse
  safety practices
  

Preferred:

• Forklift operator certification
  
• Previous warehouse or logistics
  experience
  
• Familiarity with inventory management
  software & barcode scanning systems
  
• Basic computer skills for data
  entry and inventory tracking
  
• Strong communication skills with
  the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate
  clearly with supervisors

  operational needs (day, early morning, or evening shifts)
  
• Occasional overtime may be required
