Warehouse Helper - 19.35 Hr

National Star Services, a leading facility management company with over 27 years of industry experience and we are now seeking reliable, hardworking Bilingual Warehouse Worker to work in our client’s facility located in Des Plaines, IL 60018.

Duties and responsibilities
‣ Ensure all jobs are completed as scheduled.
‣ Be at all times in compliance according to hygiene requirements and company standards.
‣ Collect Airlines incoming Air Cargos shipments and Sea Containers (communicate with airlines customs brokers to coordinate delivery schedule).
‣ Ensure paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing is according to company guidelines.
‣ Receive all airlines local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered are matching as per invoice and delivery order.
‣ Inform and update everyone concerned regarding changes, material shortages, excess and any deviations, etc.
‣ Monitor stock levels in order to detect material reaching low stock and request cabin load of material if necessary.
‣ Ensure all items requested or substitutions take place in timely manner.
‣ Ensure all requisitions are sent to main unit as scheduled in a timely manner.
‣ Other tasks may be added by Management according to operational needs.

Schedule: MONDAY - SUNDAY
From 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
(2 days off in during the week, weekly schedule will be provided by supervisor).

Pay rate: $19.35/ Hour
Bi-weekly pay

Requirements:
‣ Per our client’s request, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
‣ Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment
‣ Must be authorized to lawfully work in the US.
‣ Must have two updated valid forms of IDs.
‣ A Background check and Drug test will be conducted.
‣ Must have own transportation to get to and from work.
‣ Must be able to start working as soon as possible.
