Warehouse Inventory Support Lead - Hybrid Fairburn, GA

Role Summary: Supervises technicians, ensures correct execution of inventory pulls, palletization, scanning, and Maximo coordination. Ensures quality, safety, and workflow accuracy across Records Center tasks.

Key Duties:

·         Assign daily tasks to technicians, monitor productivity, and validate accuracy.

·         Perform quality checks on barcodes, pallets, and Maxio location data.

·         Ensure safe operation of lifts and scanning equipment.

·         Support workflows, destruct pulls, and non-transmittal pulls.

·         Escalate issues such as missing boxes, mismatched barcodes, or retention conflicts.

Required Skills:

·         Warehouse supervision

·         Barcode scanning systems/ Maximo or similar asset-tracking system

·         Lift operation oversight

·         Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
