Warehouse Lead

For over 75 years Cascade Pump has been a leader in low lift high-capacity industrial water pump manufacturing. We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to be responsible for material requirements of our job orders, as well as cycle counts monthly and manage our inventory.
Responsibilities

• Accountable for warehouse performance for safety, quality, on-time delivery
• Manage material handling and warehouse staff
• Process customer orders that can be fulfilled with warehouse staff.
• Building Kits for Assembly, Machine shop.
• Facilitate all jobs at time of release, with printed job travelers, blueprints, and labels.
• Communicate material and stock issues with engineering, purchasing, and management
• Evaluate material needs of each shop job order.
• Evaluate production schedule from a material perspective.
• Ship small parts and bowl assembly orders through UPS and Fed Ex.
• Perform Cycle counts Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly.

• Ability to read shop blueprints
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong communications skills
• Knowledge of MRP / ERP Systems. Made 2 Manage highly desired.
• Basic math and algebra
• Basic CAD and drafting skills a plus
• College education or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3+ years working in a manufacturing environment work experience
