The Basics

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
Compensation: $60,000 annually

How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and deliver learning solutions


• Conduct assessments and support training effectiveness


• Partner with Operations and Quality leaders


• Maintain compliance-focused training documentation


• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years training experience


• Instructional and facilitation skills


• Process-oriented mindset


• AZ Pharmacy Technician license preferred
