We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Warehouse Logistics Associate to support the day-to-day operations and support our warehouse and ensure materials, tools, and equipment are received, organized, tracked, and prepared when needed. This is a hands-on role that works closely with field technicians, service managers, and office staff to keep warehouse and job-site operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, organization, safety, and teamwork and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for.
Coordinate the preparation and staging of materials, tools, and equipment for field technicians and jobs.
Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and materials against purchase orders or packing slips.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and moving materials throughout the warehouse.
Maintain the organization and upkeep of company tools, equipment, vehicles, and warehouse supplies.
Coordinate with field technicians, service managers, and office staff to ensure materials are available when needed.
Follow and enforce company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
Requirements
Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or related experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills
Valid Driver’s License.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
