Job Description - Warehouse Maintenance Worker

Paragon Staffing, LLC is a company that specializes in connecting job seekers with employers who are seeking temporary, contract, or permanent positions.

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.

Responsibilities/Duties Include:

Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, patching holes, etc.
Maintaining offices and warehouse cleand as well as the bathroom and cafeteria
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues

Requirements:

2 years proven experience as a maintenance worker (Required)
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Physical stamina and dexterity
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must posses a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation (Required, No exceptions)

Schedule
Monday- Friday
7AM to 5PM (May vary as needed)

Pay Rate:
$17/hr to $20/hr (Will Commensurate with experience

This job is located in Bridgewater, New Jersey
