Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate warehouse teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment

- Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve efficiency, safety, and accuracy

- Coordinate with other departments to meet inventory and delivery deadlines

- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock organization and maintenance

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices and operational procedures

- Prepare reports on warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, shipping, and receiving operations

- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams

- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities

- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments

- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in warehouse settings

- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technology is a plus
