At Renewal by Andersen of Oregon, we take pride in delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We’re looking for a Warehouse Materials Specialist to join our team and help ensure materials are accurately inspected, organized, and staged for installation.
In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our warehouse running efficiently and ensuring installation teams have the right materials when they need them. You’ll work closely with the warehouse and installation teams while supporting a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm

Responsibilities
- Material Staging: Accurately stage and account for all installation materials prior to the installation date.
- Inspection & Quality Control: Receive, inspect, and verify materials for accuracy, quality, and condition.
- Warehouse Operations: Maintain an organized warehouse and assist with loading, unloading, truck arrivals, and material flow.
- Installation Support: Provide timely material support to the installation team and help ensure service levels are met.
- Transportation: Drive company vehicles for material pickup and delivery to jobsites as needed.
- Cross-Training: Learn and support other warehouse positions and duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Material Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret Material Take-Offs and distinguish between interior and exterior trims.
- Experience: 2+ years of carpentry or construction materials experience preferred; ability to measure and cut materials accurately a plus.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
- Forklift: Ability to become forklift certified required.
- Safety: Safety-conscious with a strong commitment to safe work practices.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to repeatedly lift 50–70 lbs. unassisted.
