Warehouse Operations Manager | Brooklyn, NY · $90,000–$130,000

About the Role:
This role owns daily operations for a busy logistics warehouse, running the floor while coordinating a fleet of drivers on the road. The Operations Manager keeps orders moving from prep to delivery, manages a small warehouse team, and is the point person when something needs to be fixed fast. It's a leadership seat on the floor, not a labor role — the mandate is to make sure the whole operation runs on time, every day.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Floor Leadership

• Manage a team of approximately 3 warehouse employees


• Be on the floor to ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently


• Lead the team and hold employees accountable for completing their responsibilities

Dispatch & Driver Coordination

• Coordinate with approximately 15 drivers on the road


• Handle dispatching and daily logistics coordination


• Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and driver assignments


• Communicate with drivers throughout the day

Operations & Problem-Solving

• Oversee daily warehouse operations


• Ensure orders are prepared and ready for delivery


• Keep the warehouse organized and running efficiently


• Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, dispatch, or management


• Strong leadership and organizational skills


• Comfortable managing both warehouse staff and drivers


• Hands-on, proactive, and able to take ownership


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Able to work in a fast-paced environment


• Experience managing a delivery operation is a plus
