Warehouse Operative

Requirements

Fulfillment & Logistics

• Manage incoming inventory and stock organization
  
• Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for dispatch
  
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and reporting
  
• Oversee end -to -end fulfillment operations
  
• Ensure operational efficiency and readiness for deployments
  

Field Support

• Travel to customer sites to install and set up systems
  
• Configure equipment (EPOS systems, terminals, printers, etc.)
  
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support during setups
  
• Deliver a high -quality, professional customer experience on -site
  
• Ensure installations and support tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  

Requirements

• Full driving licence
  
• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a similar hands -on role
  
• Comfortable in a field -based, customer -facing environment
  
• Strong problem -solving and practical skills
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Full, clean driving license and access to a personal vehicle (essential)
  
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to new environments during site visits
  
• Willingness to support across different areas of the business as needed
  
• Ability to take ownership and operate in a fast -paced setting
  

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Experience with EPOS systems or technical setups
  
• Basic IT or networking knowledge
  
• Experience in a startup or hybrid operations role
  
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
