Warehouse Packer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Receive, review, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.


• Packing Operations: Carefully and accurately package items according to specified guidelines, ensuring product safety during transit.


• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on products to maintain high standards of packaging and presentation.


• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies or shortages.


• Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with shipping carriers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of packaged orders.


• Documentation: Prepare and complete necessary shipping documentation and labels.


• Organization: Maintain a clean and organized packing area, optimizing space and workflow efficiency.


• Adherence to Procedures: Follow company packing procedures and safety protocols at all times.


• Communication: Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficient communication (written and verbal), listening, and problem solving skills


• High attention to detail, strong planning, and organization skills


• Ability to function in a fast pace environment


• Basic knowledge of safety standards and practices


• Ability and willingness to learn new skills
