Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse, Shipping & Safety Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse and logistics operations in West Caldwell, NJ.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, shipping processes, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, managing a growing team, and ensuring a high level of service to our customers.

Your Impact

In this role, you will take ownership of our warehouse operations, shipping processes, and safety standards, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

You won’t just manage operations — you will improve, build, and lead.

Your Tasks

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, picking, shipping)

• Manage shipping & logistics (UPS, FedEx, freight carriers)

• Ensure inventory accuracy and ERP alignment

• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

• Enforce and promote OSHA-compliant safety standards

• Lead and develop a warehouse team

• Act as a key partner across Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse / logistics management

• Proven experience leading teams in a hands-on environment

• Strong knowledge of shipping processes and carrier management

• Experience with ERP or warehouse systems

• Solid understanding of warehouse safety (OSHA)

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for improvement
