Warehouse Shipping Associate

  We are seeking a dependable and organized Shipping Associate to support and coordinate our daily warehouse shipping operations. This position requires someone who is comfortable working with computers and inventory systems while also being able to perform the physical duties required in a warehouse environment.

  
  

  The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Excel, warehouse picking and shipping processes, and be comfortable learning and working with systems such as ShipStation and our internal inventory management system.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities

  
  
  
  
  • Create, organize, and manage daily pick lists using ShipStation and Excel.
  
  
  • Look up products, SKUs, quantities, and locations using the company's inventory system (IQ Reseller).
  
  
  • Use Microsoft Excel to organize, review, and create pick lists multiple times a day.
  
  
  • Pick products accurately from warehouse locations based on pick lists and customer orders.
  
  
  • Verify picked items, quantities, and product information before shipment.
  
  
  • Assist with packing, labeling, staging, and preparing orders for shipment.
  
  
  • Help coordinate daily shipping priorities and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
  
  
  • Communicate shipping issues, inventory discrepancies, and order problems to management.
  
  
  • Maintain an organized and efficient shipping and picking area, dispose of boxes and clean up pallet spaces daily.
  
  
  • Follow warehouse procedures and workplace safety requirements.
  
  
  
  

  Qualifications

  
  
  
  
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or order-picking experience preferred.
  
  
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
  
  
  • Strong general computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems.
  
  
  • Experience with ShipStation or similar shipping software is preferred.
  
  
  • Ability to accurately search for and identify products using SKUs and inventory records.
  
  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
  
  • Ability to prioritize multiple orders and shipping requirements.
  
  
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  
  
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  
  
  
  

  Physical Requirements

  
  

  This is an active warehouse position. The employee must be able to:

  
  
  
  
  • Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform picking duties throughout the workday.  This warehouse does not have AC in the summer.
  
  
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  
  
  • Safely use warehouse stairs/steps to access and pick products stored at elevated locations.
  
  
  • Perform repetitive picking, packing, and material-handling activities.
  
  
  
  

  Work Schedule

  
  

  Monday through Friday
  7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  One-hour unpaid lunch break

  
  

  This is a hands-on position that combines shipping coordination, computer work, inventory management, and physical warehouse responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily shipping activities while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and a safe working environment.
