Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $25.00 per hour

Purpose and Scope:

Under the direction of the Director of Logistics, supervises directly or through warehouse leads, the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of the product in a professional manner consistent with the company operations, cost objectives and customer requirements. This individual may supervise one or more major sections of the warehouse. Works in concert with other management team members to provide direction, guidance, and coaching to staff members within a positive work environment. Within the scope of this position's responsibilities, the incumbent must apply the Logistics Team approach for operational efficiency to improve business processes, and increased proficiency. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations independently 
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment 
• Handle receiving, shipping, picking, and inventory control 
• Use WMS (Warehouse Management System) and RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing 
• Load and unload trailers while maintaining accuracy and productivity 
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy 
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and prepare shipping documents 
• Troubleshoot operational and inventory issues with minimal supervision 
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and OSHA compliance 
• Prioritize multiple tasks and manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse supervisory experience preferred 
• Forklift experience required 
• Experience using WMS and RF scanners 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
