Warehouse Support Associate- Shipping & Loading

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse operations team as a Warehouse Support Associate – Shipping & Loading. In this role, you'll help ensure pharmaceutical products are accurately prepared, loaded, and shipped to customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Support Associate, you will:

• Accurately pick, pack, stage, load, and ship customer orders.


• Safely receive, move, stock, and organize pharmaceutical products throughout the warehouse.


• Load outbound trailers efficiently while ensuring product integrity and shipment accuracy.


• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.


• Use RF scanners, warehouse technology, and inventory management systems to complete daily tasks.


• Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse productivity goals.


• Follow all FDA, DEA, DSCSA, OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies and procedures.


• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily shipping deadlines and operational goals.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and customer service.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.


• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or inventory experience preferred.


• Minimum of two (2) years of forklift operating experience or current forklift certification required.


• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.


• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse technology preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.


• Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.


• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.


• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.


• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
