Starting Wage: $24.00 + depending on experience

Your Responsibilities: 

• Support management in the training and development of frontline workers, resource allocation, adherence to procedures, and achieving productivity and quality goals.
• Act as the initial point of contact for associate questions and concerns and provide leadership to trouble shoot common questions or concerns.
• Maintain a safe work environment by conducting regular audits. Remedy unsafe work conditions quickly or report unsafe work conditions to ensure quick and safe resolution to enable a smooth flow of operation while maintaining employee health and wellbeing.
• Assists in enforcing safety guidelines and procedures for the team to ensure the health and well-being of employees
• Communicating with other team leaders to coordinate work activities across departments
• Inform workers of management conditions of work, rules and regulation, and company standards to ensure that they adhere to company policies. Escalate deviations from set expectations to management for potential disciplinary measures.
• Establishes or adjusts work schedules to meet production needs.
• Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve logistics processes. Suggesting changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
• May be required to be on an on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:

• The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
• The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
• The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• High School Education/GED
• 2-4 years of related experience
