Warehouse Worker (Order Puller) – Tulsa, OK

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Okie Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker / Order Puller to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This role involves pulling and preparing orders, moving inventory, and performing heavy lifting in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to handle physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, pack, and prepare customer orders
• Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse
• Perform heavy lifting of materials weighing 50–75lbs plus on a regular basis
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas
• Assist with receiving and stocking shipments
• Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, dollies, etc.)
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50–75lbs plus consistently
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Must pass a background check (clean background required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners or inventory systems
• Forklift experience (a plus, but not required)

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• Physically demanding role requiring continuous movement
• May be exposed to varying temperatures depending on warehouse conditions

Pay Rate: $13.00
