Warehouse/Parts Runner

Pay: $20- $30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, year-round work

Job Responsibilities including and not limited to the following:

• Data entry on materials pulled daily

• Registering and submitting warranties on equipment

• Stage materials and equipment for technician readiness

• Stock service vehicles with required parts

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments

• Deliver materials to job sites and assist with loading trucks

• Maintain and track inventory, supplies, tools, and equipment

• Coordinate warranty item returns and vendor shipments

• Pick up materials from suppliers

• Disassemble HVAC equipment 
• MUST be able or already know how to drive a BOX truck

• Keep warehouse organized and responsive to operational needs

• Maintain accurate documentation on inventory and purchases

What You Need:

• Data entry experience

• Related warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred

• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems a plus

• Valid state driver’s license required

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
