 Job Responsibilities:

• Process and submit accurate manufacturer warranty claims


• Ensure compliance with Fiat warranty guidelines and documentation requirements


• Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and the manufacturer to resolve claim issues


• Track and follow up on claim payments and denials


• Maintain detailed records of all claims and submissions

 What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of Fiat warranty claims experience (required)


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dealership environment


• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
