Join our team as a Warranty Booker. You will be responsible for reviewing repair orders, coding warranty claims, and submitting them to the OEM.

Responsibilities

• Code claims using OEM warranty policies


• Review repair instructions, diagnostics, and technician notes


• Verify punch times and labor operations


• Use overlap tools when needed


• Submit claims through the OEM system with all required documentation

Ideal Candidate

• Organized, accurate, and comfortable working with detailed paperwork

Qualifications

• Good communication skills including active listening


• Service-oriented


• Computer literate, and able to learn new software
