As a Watchman Therapy Awareness Representative (TAR), you will play a vital role in expanding access to the Watchman\u2122 Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) device, a clinically proven alternative to long-term blood thinner use for patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. \n\n \n\nIn this market development-focused role, you will lead therapy awareness initiatives across a defined territory, partnering with referring physicians, implanting teams, and hospital systems to grow patient adoption. Working in collaboration with territory managers and clinical specialists, you will educate healthcare professionals, optimize referral pathways, and create strategic programs that support procedural volume growth and improved patient care. \n\n \n\nDiscover the impact of Watchman therapy: Watch Linda\u2019s Story \n\n \n\nYour responsibilities will include: \n\n * Grow therapy awareness by educating referring physicians and staff, identifying patient pathways, and developing pull-through strategies to ensure implantation \n\n\n * Develop programmatic solutions to improve operational efficiencies, increase capacity, and enhance the patient funnel \n\n\n * Build strong relationships with referring providers, implanting physicians, clinical coordinators, and hospital staff across the continuum of care \n\n\n * Execute strategic therapy awareness plans that align with Watchman\u2019s business objectives and regional goals \n\n\n * Serve as a disease state expert, delivering education on atrial fibrillation, LAAC, and the anticoagulation market \n\n\n * Deliver impactful customer engagements, including routine office visits, educational events, therapy awareness programs, trade show participation, and procedural observation \n\n\n * Utilize marketing tools and resources to support therapy education and awareness efforts in community and hospital settings \n\n\n * Analyze territory performance and prepare reports, projections, and feedback for sales management to inform strategy and territory planning \n\n\n\n \n\nRequired qualifications: \n\n * Minimium of a bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent education and experience \n\n\n * Minimum of 4 years of successful sales or sales management experience \n\n\n\n \n\nPreferred qualifications: \n\n * Experience in cardiovascular, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries \n\n\n * Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to deliver clear, concise messaging \n\n\n * Proven collaborative team player with a track record of driving results \n\n\n * Thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments with high expectations \n\n\n * History of building and maintaining strong customer relationships across complex organizations \n\n\n\nRequisition ID: 628813\n\nThe anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $115,000.00, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
