We are a large and well-established plumbing and septic service and repair company in Cumming, GA now offering restoration services, which means built in leads!  We are seeking a highly motivated Water Mitigation Technician to join our team. Get in on the ground floor and help us build our new Restoration Division to service our Metro Atlanta customers. 

Overview:

Monitors, inspects and completes tasks for Water Restoration jobs to ensure completion of extracting, drying, demolition and various restoration activities. Prepare and review documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies. Explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform heavy lifting and physical labor.


• 
  Demolish interior finish materials, such as flooring, drywall, and trim.


• 
  Place and monitor drying equipment to restore homes affected by water damage.


• 
  Conduct routine checks on the drying status of affected materials.

Experience & Requirements:

• Must have minimum of 1-year prior experience in water restoration field  


• Extremely Punctual and Driven with Strong Problem-Solving Skills.


• Must possess or be open to developing a new outlook on the importance of your personal and professional growth.


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen required.


• Valid GA Driver’s license & over the age of 22 for fleet auto insurance purposes


• Clean MVR last 3 years


• Have ability to life 50 lbs


• Work well with others


• Have knowledge of the Metro Atlanta area


• Have the ability to work in a high-stress environment


• Be on time everyday

Compensation & Benefits:

• $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
