Weekend Lifeguard :Must be Lifeguard Certified !

The Waterpark is a weekend only waterpark, so we are looking for people who have flexibility to work 2-3 of the shifts listed below.

Fridays: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Saturdays: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM 

Sundays: 9:00 AM – Noon

TPI Hospitality, with over 50 years of experience and more than 40 hotels and restaurants across Minnesota and Florida, is seeking energetic Lifeguards to create a safe and fun environment for guests. You’ll work closely with the Waterpark Manager to ensure guest safety while delivering a positive and memorable experience. Our Lifeguards are energetic, upbeat, and create the atmosphere guests love to return to year after year.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor waterpark areas to ensure guest safety.

Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.

Engage with guests to create a fun, welcoming experience.

Maintain equipment and enforce safety regulations.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Bring:
Energetic, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard training preferred.
