POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Site Program Coordinator is a year-round, entry-level management position responsible for overseeing daily operations, program implementation, and quality assurance at an assigned Club site serving youth ages 5-18. This position supports the organization's three priority outcome areas: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character and Citizenship. The Site Program Coordinator supervises program staff and volunteers, ensures compliance with organizational standards and safety protocols, and serves as the primary on-site liaison with school administration and parents. Additional responsibilities include managing member databases (Daxco/TN ELAP), processing membership applications and fees, tracking program outcomes and attendance, and providing backup coverage for Youth Development Coordinators as needed.

This position requires the ability to constantly stand, think analytically, utilize effective verbal and written communication, handle stress and emotions, concentrating on tasks, remembering names and details, making decisions, adjusting to change, and examining/observing details. The position involves frequent walking, reaching forward, bending, stooping, using one hand/arm, and using both hands/arms. The employee will occasionally sit, lift weight, carry, push, pull, reach above their head, and use on foot/leg. Crawling, climbing, and using both feet/legs are infrequent activities for this role. This position requires normal or corrected eyesight, close eye work, color recognition, hearing normal tones and soft tones, ability to distinguish temperatures by touch. Distinguishing taste and temperatures by proximity is not necessary. Must be able to lift 21 – 75 pounds. There is no exposure to biological, mechanical, electrical, and/or chemical hazards.
