Clients here are business owners, trades-based entrepreneurs, and families navigating life’s biggest transitions, from succession planning and exit strategy to generational wealth transfer. The planning conversation goes well beyond account statements.
The firm’s Whole Wealth philosophy treats time, health, relationships, values, and experiences as part of the picture alongside money, and every strategy is built around what actually matters to the client.
As fiduciaries, the team is bound to put client interests first, always.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to step into an established, growing boutique RIA and serve a loyal, high-net-worth client base from day one. You will not be asked to build a book from scratch. The role is centered on existing clients: deepening those relationships, delivering financial planning and portfolio guidance, and helping families move through the transitions that define their financial lives. You get the client-first culture of a boutique firm, backed by a disciplined, proven investment process and a team that takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously.
What you'll do:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, building trust and long-term relationships
• Lead and support financial planning engagements across retirement, succession, exit, and wealth transfer scenarios
• Present and explain the firm’s strategy and planning recommendations
• Prepare for and conduct client review meetings, then follow through on action items
• Collaborate with the advisory team to continually raise the standard of the client experience
What you'll bring:
• At least 2 years in a client-facing role as a Wealth Advisor
• Series 65 (required)
• CFP® designation preferred, but not mandatory
• A genuine interest in clients’ whole lives, not just their portfolios
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary of $100,000 to $140,000
• Annual bonus plan based on both team and individual success
• Generous benefits package, including 401(k) with Safe Harbor, healthcare contributions, PTO, and expense reimbursements
