Role
Job Overview: You will be a key member of the web development department, working independently or with a team to create, maintain, and update client websites in a variety of industries in the United States. You will also help monitor and regulate the efficiency of the departmentâs services, ensuring an optimal pace for all core and ad-hoc activities.
You will also be expected to work with other departments to meet customers' requirements; Deal with complaints, and provide reports about the status of the companyâs products.
Responsibilities and Duties:
⢠Developing and maintaining operational systems, tools, and processes, as well as participating in tactical and strategic development projects.
⢠Ensuring software stability via regression, support quality assurance, and performing unit and user-acceptance testing to identify bugs.
⢠Performing UI design and coding and creating reusable objects and wireframes for web pages and email templates.
⢠Conducting file backups regularly to local directories.
⢠Delivering feedback and enabling team members to make necessary changes in product performance or presentation.
Profile Requirements
⢠Fluency in English is a must; previous experience with Anglophone clients is a plus.
⢠Bachelor's degree or above in web design, multimedia design, or any relevant discipline is necessary.
⢠At least 5 years of work experience in implementing web development workflows and operations.
⢠Extensive knowledge of web applications, programming languages, and web services.
⢠Experience in planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations.
⢠Proficiency with content management systems, including WordPress and Drupal.
