[WEBTOON] Communications Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and ambitious Communications Coordinator to join our growing PR & Communications Team. Reporting to the Senior PR & Communications Manager, you will support our PR & Communications team at WEBTOON Entertainment through daily media monitoring, building media lists, scheduling meetings and interviews, pitching media, and supporting a variety of administrative PR operations across the team. This role, appropriate for a junior PR practitioner with agency experience, will put you on the ground floor of a growing PR team, with the opportunity to learn multiple facets of PR and Communications at our innovative global company. 

• Media monitoring and reporting, including KPI tracking, monitoring as well as calendar management for the PR team 
• Building and maintaining media lists 
• Supporting internal and external research for all PR initiatives  
• Provide administrative support across the PR team, coordinating meetings, interviews, media tours, and other events 
• Maintain internal initiatives and editorial calendars 
• Copy editing and proof-reading for PR materials 
• Supporting media relations activities 
• Regularly updating and rolling-out copy changes to our Press Site
• Build and maintain Best Of media coverage for each of our WEBTOON Entertainment brands in North America  
• Support presentation and deck development 

• You have 1 - 2 years experience working in a PR agency 
• Someone who lives for the news: you’re a savvy media consumer, you pay attention to big media stories and how they play out
• You love operations and process -- making sure everything is organized in a way that increases efficiency makes you happy 
• A hawk-eyed grammar geek with a passion for words and how they are put together, who can easily spot a typo or run-on sentence  
• You love to read and/or write
