What You’ll Do

Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines

Offer transportation for errands or appointments

Give medication reminders and encourage healthy habits

Support clients with personal care and dementia-specific needs

Requirements

A heart for helping others and treating clients with dignity and respect

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if providing transportation)

Must pass background, DMV, and drug screening per Tennessee state standards
