Job Description - Weekend House Supervisor - RN or LPN




Nazareth Home is seeking innovative and friendly Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) House Supervisor to join the team at our Clifton Campus; 2120 Payne Street.



The position is every weekend, Saturday and Sunday 7:15am - 7:45pm


  • Premium weekend pay plus differential

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:



You will be responsible for delivering care to residents utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and implementation and evaluating.



You will be required to effectively interact with residents, family members and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing. You will be responsible for the supervision of the nursing care on the unit.



THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

  • Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse

  • Current CPR certification

  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
