Our mini assisted living setting allows caregivers and residents ample time for connection, increasing life skills, and enjoying daily life. 

Join our growing Caregiver team and work with individuals providing exceptional care and service. Our goal is to make life easier for our clients by delivering the same exceptional care that we would expect for ourselves and our family members. We provide companionship, transportation, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication administration, supervision, and help with daily living activities.

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with physical therapy exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Skills

• Proven experience as a caregiver is preferred (C.N.A is not required, but experience as a Personal Care Worker (PCW) or Home Health Aide (HHA) is preferred.) CBRF Training is also preferred but we will train the right candidate.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Having a valid drivers license and a reliable insured vehicle is a plus but not required!

Unfortunately, Milwaukee is too far away from our clients, please live within 20 miles of our office.

Candidates must also pass a caregiver background check.

Starting pay is based on experience, CBRF, CNA and PCW's are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
