Welcome to Franciscan Health Indianapolis Imaging Services

We are excited to begin the process of onboarding you as employees of Franciscan Health Indianapolis!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• You will be sent an email from our Workday system with a link for you to accept your position with Franciscan Health online.  

• After you accept the position online, you will get a pop-up flag immediately asking you to enter your Social Security number and date of birth as part of our pre-employment verification process. Please complete those steps as soon as possible. 

• After we confirm that you’ve accepted the position online, you’ll be sent an email from Sterling, the company that performs our background checks. Through a link in that email, you will provide the requested background information, like references and past work history. Please watch for that email. 

• After these steps are complete, one of our amazing New Coworker Engagement Specialist will contact you to review the rest of your onboarding journey.

• Your New Coworker Engagement Specialist will also provide you with information to complete your self-service onboarding tasks, such as completion of your I-9, direct deposit, and tax forms, which will enable us to process your payroll.
