Job Description - Wellness Provider (NP or PA)

Nurse Practitioner - Weight Loss & Hormone Therapy

Location: New Caney, TX (Greater Houston, North Houston)

Schedule: Part-time or Full-TIme

Compensation: $65 plus bonus (depending on experience)

About the Opportunity

A leading wellness practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with strong experience in weight loss program management and hormone replacement therapy to join our team. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in a client-centered, high-integrity environment and is passionate about helping clients feel their best.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive weight loss and wellness consultations and develop individualized care plans.

Create weight loss programs and prescribe medications

Educate clients on pre- and post-care

Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes to enhance results

Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

Collaborate with the medical director and clinical staff to ensure optimal client outcomes

Compensation

$65+/hr, plus bonus/commission, commensurate with experience

Bonus potential based on performance

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted NP license in the state of Texas

1+ years of hands-on experience in weight loss management and hormone therapy
