Are you passionate about maintaining commercial heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems? Do you have experience in HVAC and enjoy tackling equipment repairs and replacements?

Join our team at QFRM, Inc., a rapidly growing franchise with multiple Wendy's locations. As a Service Technician HVAC & Refrigeration, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing both commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your talents and grow with us!

We have 47 locations throughout Collier, Hendry, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota and Manatee counties. We are looking for multiple HVAC technicians to service these locations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC / RTU (minimum 2 years experience)
• Familiarity with freezers, walk in coolers/freezers, small refrigeration units.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Must pass Criminal and Driving Background Check

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, service, and repair walk-in coolers and freezers, sandwich prep stations, Ice machines, reach in coolers and freezers, and RTUs
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency service and maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• On Call required
