What You'll Do:

• Own the care professional (caregiver) schedule—make it happen, no excuses.


• Jump on last-minute changes and turn chaos into calm.


• Communicate like a pro with care professionals, clients, and our team.


• Use tech tools to keep everything organized and on point.

What We're Looking For:

• Hungry to learn, eager to grow, and ready to hustle.


• Self-motivated problem solver who doesn’t wait for instructions.


• Great communicator with a knack for building relationships.


• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt.


• Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.


• Experience in home care or healthcare scheduling.
