Now Hiring: Winery Concierge

Folino Estate is seeking a highly organized, guest-focused Winery Concierge to serve as the primary point of contact for guest communications, reservations, events, and hospitality support across our winery, restaurants, and inn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, social media, and online reviews


• Assist guests with reservations, events, wine experiences, and general questions


• Manage reservation systems and event bookings through Tock


• Coordinate guest requests and communications across multiple departments


• Support private event and wedding inquiry processes


• Help maintain exceptional guest experiences through proactive communication and issue resolution


• Assist with reporting, reservation administration, and event support

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Exceptional organization and attention to detail


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Experience with reservation systems, hospitality operations, or event coordination preferred
