SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This onsite supervisor has potential to evolve into a manager position and reports directly to the Director of Program Compliance. It is responsible for providing day-to-day direction to staff, clients and volunteers across Coldwater House & Rectory Program, that is in alignment with the mission "Restoring hope and changing lives". As the Supervisor in the residential programs this leader should reflect the core values of Open Door Mission which Faith, Family, Compassion, Community, Stewardship.
Position will supervise the onsite staff by training and orienting new hires and performing bi-monthly supervision meetings with each staff member, escalating performance concerns to the Director. This position provides case management for families who are homeless with mental health, substance abuse, and/or experiencing other co-morbid disorders. As the program expands, the position will grow into a manager level position with increased responsibilities related to hiring, performance, and offboarding.

Progressive and current experience with case management in trauma services or residential program
EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
College degree or Certification related to behavioral health industry (addiction, mental health, trauma) with a minimum of 2 years directly related experience.
