Women's Clinic Care Coordinator

Job Purpose

As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Care Coordinator plays a vital role in providing compassionate, individualized non-medical care to patients at Aspire Women’s Clinic. This role supports each client’s emotional, spiritual, and material well-being by conducting intakes with abortion-determined and abortion-minded patients, practicing active listening, and offering life-affirming resources. Through both word and action, the Care Coordinator demonstrates the mercy and love of Jesus Christ, while collaborating with the clinical staff to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful patient experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support in an atmosphere of warmth, compassion, and respect. 

• Conduct client intakes and assess needs, adjusting care based on each client’s situation and pace. 

• Share accurate information about pregnancy options. 

• Offer appropriate resources, referrals, and material assistance. 

• Confidently and sensitively share the Gospel of Jesus Christ as an integrated component of patient care and support.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records. 

• Provide follow-up support according to clinic guidelines. 

• Assist with additional clinic needs as . 

• Attend staff meetings and required training. 

Core Qualifications 

• Committed Christian demonstrating a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. 

• Complies with all clinic policies and procedures. 

• Maintains strict confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity. 

• Dependable, stable, and able to consistently follow through on commitments. 

• Demonstrates compassion and a sincere desire to minister to individuals in distress. 

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. 

• Understands interpersonal dynamics and can adapt to each client’s pace and needs. 

• Familiar with Scripture related to the sanctity of life, forgiveness, and salvation. 

• Basic computer proficiency. 

• Team-oriented and loyal to the mission and leadership of the organization.
