Job Description - Workday Integration Consultant - Join Our Talent Pool!

Join our Workday Integration Consultant talent pool and we’ll contact you about future opportunities when they arise.

Lacorta Resourcing is a Permanent Technology Recruitment Firm based in the City of London. We recruit SaaS / Software Consulting talent (Functional, Data, Integrations and Project Management) for SME and Large Enterprise Consulting Practices across North America, the UK and Mainland Europe.

We are always searching for permanent certified and uncertified Workday Consultants at all levels (Analyst, Mid -Level, Senior, Lead) on both the Implementation Consulting Partner and Customer sides, as well as SaaS Consultants working in other vendor ecosystems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, SAP). We recruit Workday Consultants across the entire project lifecycle: Functional (HCM, Financials, Payroll), Data, Integrations, Project Management and Change. Requirements

We are always on the lookout for candidates with some of the following skills:

Workday consulting experience (certified or uncertified) within an implementation partner consulting environment, or on the customer side
Alternatively we will also consider SaaS Consultants within other SaaS vendor ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, ADP, Salesforce, Cornerstone, etc)
Experience within one of the following areas: - Functional Consulting (HCM, Financials, Payroll), Data, Integrations, Project Management, Change Management, Client Partner / Lead
If you are a Workday Integrations Specialist, we will expect you to have experience in areas such as integrations programming, XML, XSLT, Web services, etc. Data experience (ETL, SQL, Migrations, Cleansing, etc) highly desirable
Multi -project consulting experience highly desirable
We will consider candidates at all levels (Analyst, Mid -Level, Senior, Lead) and in all locations across the United States, Mainland Europe and UK

Benefits

Our clients offer permanent Workday Consulting roles at all levels throughout the UK, Mainland Europe and North America. The majority of our roles are on the implementation partner consulting side and require travel. Basic salaries typically range from $65k to $175k+ plus wide ranging benefits and bonuses. For very highly -skilled candidates, salaries can often exceed this stated range.
